Your order

When you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. Our contract with you is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or has been listed at the wrong price; if we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatching so you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out on our delivery page.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel and return items as described on our returns page, which also explains your legal rights for faulty goods.

Toy safety and age guidance

Please follow the age guidance, warnings and instructions supplied with each toy, and supervise young children while they play. See our toy safety page for more.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. We sell to consumers for private use and are not liable for business losses.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and let us know straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
