Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery options and costs

• Standard delivery is free when your order comes to £40 or more. Below that, the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Express delivery is available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

When your order will arrive

We pack and send orders as quickly as we can, and we email you as soon as your parcel is on its way. If anything delays your order, we will tell you straight away.

Unless we agree a different date with you, UK law entitles you to receive your order within 30 days.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived when expected, or something arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo of any damage) and we will put it right.
